Important Guidelines

Please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:

• To guarantee your appointment, all services will be reserved with a credit card.
  
• As a courtesy to our staff and guests, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled without 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value.
  
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.
  
• To ensure the satisfaction of all our guests, all appointments will begin and end at their appointed time. New guests should arrive 10 minutes early to complete a short health questionnaire.
  
• Guests below the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  
• Cascades Day Spa is not liable for lost or stolen valuables.

To ensure your enjoyment of our services:

• Robes, slippers and other spa wear will be provided as needed. Be assured that our staff will protect your modesty with appropriate sheet coverage during every service.
  
• Please make alternative arrangements for children not receiving services.
  
• Cell phones should be turned off before entering the spa.
  
• Avoid shaving or eating heavily just before services.
